What does your pre-shoot ritual look like?

My pre-shoot ritual is all about setting the mood and getting in the right headspace. I like to take time to myself in the morning, have a coffee, and go over the script or scene in my mind. I also do a little meditation or breathing exercise to center myself.

How do you physically prepare for a big scene?

I always hit the gym beforehand—usually a mix of cardio and strength training to get my energy up. I’ll do a little yoga too, just to stretch everything out. For beauty, it’s the usual—skincare, hair, and making sure I’m hydrated. Hydration is key!

What’s your go-to way to relax and de-stress before heading onto set?

Music helps a lot! I have a playlist full of songs that get me pumped but also keep me calm and focused. I also love to spend a little time with my co-stars before we shoot—it’s a great way to build chemistry and feel more comfortable together.

Do you have any favorite meals or snacks you eat the day of a shoot?

I love something light but energizing. A protein smoothie or a salad with chicken keeps me feeling full but not weighed down. And snacks like almonds or a banana are great to have on hand between scenes.

How do you communicate with your co-stars or director before a big scene?

I always make it a point to talk with my co-stars and the director before shooting. We discuss boundaries, preferences, and what will make us feel comfortable. I think that communication is key to creating natural chemistry on set.

What’s in your bag on shoot day?

My essentials: lip balm, a face mist to keep me refreshed, deodorant, a mini speaker for music, and some snacks. Oh, and definitely a water bottle—I need to stay hydrated!

How do you take care of your skin and body before filming?

Skincare is so important before a shoot! I make sure to exfoliate the night before, and I’ll use a hydrating mask in the morning. I also use a good moisturizer and SPF to keep my skin looking fresh.

Are there any particular scenes that require extra preparation?

Any scene that involves a lot of physicality or specific positions requires extra stretching and mental focus. I’ll take some extra time to get into the right mindset and make sure I’m physically ready.

What kind of mindset do you get into before shooting a passionate scene?

I like to clear my mind and focus entirely on my partner. It’s all about being present and letting go of any distractions. Once I’m in that space, it’s easy to stay in the moment and let the passion flow.

Do you still get nervous before a big scene?

Oh, absolutely! There’s always a little bit of nervous excitement before a big scene. But I’ve learned to channel that energy into my performance. And once the cameras start rolling, it all melts away, and I’m completely in the moment.
